I firmly believe that if you WANT to live there, so will someone else similar to you.

The firm and the people that I work for have been wonderful thus far, however, I do not find the work fulfilling in the slightest nor do I think I ever will.

You can work for a syndicator, or as a broker for brokerage firm.

Any potential developments that haven’t gotten firm/cash in hand financing for new development is not going to happen.

My advice is to research reliable and well rated real estate firms within the homes City/County. 

There are also many foreclosure mill law firms in Pennsylvania that post all the details of their foreclosures in Pennsylvania.

Most shut downs didn't happen until close to the end of March, so in hindsight, I think many people had already saved for their April rent, and or still got paid, since most employers pay in arears.I am a firm believer in class B. 

Most students try to negotiate on this but I hold firm.
