Hey Everyone,

I hope that everyone is stay safe in these weird times but I have a general question and I would love to hear some thoughts and opinions.

During these times of job loss and uncertainty of when the country will open back up, which class apartment building would thrive during theses times, B class or C class?

We shall see. It’s a bit too soon to tell and a lot depends on how long this goes on. Most all of them are performing well right now but May could be a different story.
