I was curious to those who are seasoned in the field if you've every come across a seller (FBSO) who presented a California Residential Purchase agreement form (line 35. on the contracts states buyer cannot assign contract).

I am new to Realestate investing (I own one rental and have flipped several houses), but very interested in growing in this field. 

There is a FSBO off chagrin river just south of Mayfield across from the vineyards/fields.

I have B.S in Accounting from NJCU and currently working in my field.

Understating how people buy and hold, or flip has me thinking I could too join the field.

Being a newbie I have been asking a lot of questions recently about note investing and talking to a lot of people and I come to find out there are three basic fields of thoughts out there that I would like a vote on and your opinion of why you voted the way you did.

Find out who ordered the notice and contact them.My guess is that the field service company or asset manager doesn't have their records updated and this is a mistake.

So, this idea of yours is left field for me!
