Being a newbie I have been asking a lot of questions recently about note investing and talking to a lot of people and I come to find out there are three basic fields of thoughts out there that I would like a vote on and your opinion of why you voted the way you did. They are:

1-Note Funds (Mixture of Performing and Non-Performing)

2-One Note One Investor (1st only Performing)

3-Fixed rate loan to individuals for their use in buying notes

I would like your vote on this and why you voted the way you did.

Keeping in mind that my goal is to be as passive as possible and safe as possible.

Returns being secondary but obviously important.

Also I am non-Accredited (Thanks 2008!)

Thanks All!!
