What do you think is the best option.20k in stocks I am looking to buy:  Alteria Group (MO), Enbridge (ENB), Devon Energy (DVN), and Ford Motor (F)   on average they will give me 7.4% dividend or $1,480 in dividends per year.SFH I am looking to buy:  3bd/2ba for 110k (purchase and renovation cost), 20k down, 1100 market rent for about $1,440 year cashflow after property management, insurance, mortgage, and taxes.I am looking to  generate consistent income streams.

After tech-ing it up to automate the process, it took 6 months (pre-pandemic) to break even on all costs/mortgage payments aside from the initial down payment. 18 months in, it's t's already up $90k.

Hi @Gina Birdsong, I have used Capital One 360 for many years now (since it was still ING Direct), and I have closed on several properties by doing a wire transfer from my Cap One 360 Savings Account.
