Best tenant screening company?

I used Smart Move by TransUnion for my first couple screenings. However it appears they only have the $40 option to bill the tenants and I’m wondering if someone has a viable option at $25 or so that will allow me to have more tenants willing to go through the process? I’m trying to get away from paper and also get the same amount of applicants. Thanks

@Bradley LaBrie I could be wrong, but I don’t think the only issue is cost. If I understand you correctly, you’re asking them to apply before ever seeing the property. If I were a renter, I”d pass you over for that. Why not just pre-screen in your initial contact? As far as sources go, I trIed Zillow a few months ago and was not Impressed wIth the reportIng. Landlord Station has a couple options at $25 and $35, less if you subscrIbe.
