There are also pictures of the move in the town museum - it was the kind of event for which everything else in town stopped.There is an overly dramatized show on HGTV called Massive Moves whose premise is moving buildings to new locations via truck, barge, rail, ice road, etc.  

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

In any event, I would feel much more comfortable if I had an additional 3rd party inspection.

Hi Benjamin,I don't know any local companies in your area doing SD IRA plans, but in any event it is probably worth your while to research which are the best companies out there that do SD IRAs.

I have a meetup this Thurs (see REmeetup.com), and a big event in Nov to get others better informed and connected.

I don't have access to MLS either but I've managed to go to as many REIA, BiggerPocket and other RE networking events as I can and have gotten to know some realtors.

It's not impossible, but there's a very small percentage (I'm thinking single digit percentages) of sellers that list on the MLS who are willing or able to do a LO.
