Hello everyone I like too think out side of the box,and also keep an open mind realestate is almost like moving money, just with out the weight.

After some time of recovering from losses, I'm ready to achieve a dream of building wealth with a sound foundation.

Firstly, they are not designed to last forever, but more importantly, aren't designed for all that weight.

@Jason Hardin so the advise for an LLC is probably technically correct but as @Al Williamson pointed out it becomes a distraction and dead weight against the eventual desired outcome.
