I am a relatively new real estate investor from SW PA. I say relatively new because I became a member several months ago, but have not posted until now. In November, 2015, my wife and I took the plunge and purchased two SFR rental homes. We have followed that up by purchasing an 11 unit apartment building in June, 2016. I can say, without a doubt, that the information I found here on Bigger Pockets and the books recommended by BP members gave us the information and confidence to make the jump from SFR rentals to MFR units so quickly. Thanks to BP and all who have provided that information.

We are hooked! REI is definitely our future and we look forward to continuing to learn and to finding the next deal.
