Buying our first home

Good morning,

Finally decided to pull the trigger and find me a home. At the cost of renting, buying is almost the same price. Went through The FHA loan conditions (stressful), and finally was able to close.

If your looking to buy a home, make sure you have a large amount of money sitting in the bank for a while that way the process is easy.  Other then that don't let fear stop you from achieving your goals and dreams.

Buying a home is a luxury and far more expensive than renting. This is the primary reason we are in business. You will pay far more than a home is worth by the time you finally own it. You should anticipate home ownership to cost twice as much as paying monthly rent.

I advise investors to continue renting until they have enough money from their investments to throw away on a personal home. Luxury items are for the rich and carefree.
