I don't mind taking risky investments (Currently have 2 houses in Wilmington) and actually prefer places other people deem too dangerous to invest.So far I  have Loch Raven village, Hillandale, Parkville, Northwood etc..

I can't imagine going through the winter without heat, or relying on a dangerous space heater, which cause fires every winter in this country. 

You know it's dangerous to bet the streak will continue, but you believe in streaks so you bet until.

The person who took the call told me "I am not allowed to give you the info, but some of them may or may not be in danger".

An important distinction should be made between people who speculated in real estate, and  those who invest in real estate, sell real estate, and broker real estate, and also bring up the amount of money needed to participate in this business. 

I remember distinctly not long ago when many REI (and others) hit that date when they wanted to retire, depending on the equity/value of their investments to carry them through. 

Why are you making the distinction on investment in such a one dimensional way?
