Hello All!

My name is Tyrone and I'm a Delaware investor. I have two houses in a "not-so-great" area and would love some input on where I could look for deals. I don't mind taking risky investments (Currently have 2 houses in Wilmington) and actually prefer places other people deem too dangerous to invest.

So far I  have Loch Raven village, Hillandale, Parkville, Northwood etc.. But I wanted to know more about the properties in Baltimore city. Anyone else invests this way and could give some pointers? I would also love to chat with anyone about Wilmington as well.

Thank You!
