@Hamza Qureshi main drivers include international student population, immigration (India, China, Syria, Bangladesh, etc), two major bridge construction projects (7-8 years of construction and Billions of dollars), revitalization of Detroit, low housing prices, construction, major infrastructure upgrades, and more. 

I ask because I am a recent college student that is about to begin making loan repayments.

Now while finance advisors like Dave Ramsey would tell me to pay off my debt, stop frivolous expenditures, and save money, my total debt combined with my student loan is under 10 k, (aside from my house and car) I have been trying to lower my debt for student loans and credit paying $500/mo, and frankly, I just don't have ANY extra money ( not even to save $250/mo thanks to Sallie Mae).

Can you market it to art or music students? 

I am currently a college student.. leaving me with very little capital to leap into too large of a deal immediately.

There are some colleges near by and likely would have college student tenants.

I'm thinking 2 grad students or a couple of non-tenured profs working on their Doctoral thesis who are pinching pennies might give me enough to make it all cash flow nicely.But more than anything, this project was a major distraction. 

I hadn't even thought about summer possibly being just college students.
