Hello, my name is Nicolas I'm located in Lynchburg VA. I'm a business student in college looking to expand my portfolio. I am currently working with a broker and agent to move in a home within the next few months. I am reaching out for any investment professionals who are willing to pour into me along the way. I am debt free with no credit but I'm getting a secured credit card to build it. I have a job making 52,000 a year welding 60 hours weekly.
