Is there any creative financing strategy to purchase new construction home?

My boyfriend doesn't think so.....he said people don't want to move to this neighborhood.My boyfriend has also said that he thinks people are not investing in north east park hill because he doesn't see any new construction or flipping going on.

I believe the police said that they are aware of a group of individuals who target construction sites with hispanic works looking to rob them.
