New member in Las Vegas!

Hi my name is Sutton Zolner.  I found BP about a month ago and have been devouring the podcast at a solid clip.  Learning a ton.

I have a year of experience working in the loan industry as an L.O. but changed directions after I was laid off (along with many others) a year or two ago.  Luckily this has given me some contacts in Real Estate in both So Cal and Las Vegas.  I am looking to partner with my brother who has experience in construction in order to begin to flip and I also want to buy a property by the end of the year to live in as a house hack.  Preferably a multifamily with my brother and his wife in one of the other units.
