My advice would be to maybe reach out to a company here locally that already has the relationships and the licenses in place and learn from them.

I found a cumbersome solution via Pricelabs but I think we're just going to eat the difference in cost to ensure our team stays happy (we're in a mountain market and finding A players is extremely difficult).

You might use different strategies to increase the income from the property.

I wonder if the parish will keep the overages in all of the cases where the owners can't be found or if they will scoop the difference in interest like AZ does.
