It is too late for the employee elective deferral contributions, but employer's contributions are available.It's understandable that during the Covid year, many custodians and accountants had other priorities and could have missed this important tax law change.

The guy continues to plea with the priests to consider the contributions such an instrument could bring to the world, and the priests respond by smashing the guitar to pieces. 

In addition I operate a property management company.. so please if I may help contribute or offer advice to anyone here please that is what brought me here honestly.Secondary I am looking to purchase investment property anywhere that makes sense  (shoe string budget of course) I am not new to investing but I am not seasoned either..

I don't have any debt, and my girlfriend will either sell her condo here in Denver to pay off her debt, or continue to use the monthly rental income to contribute towards her personal debt payments. 

There's not even a way to make additional capital contributions to an inherited account if something happens to the property and you need additional cash.

Or will you structure your entity so that the equity reflects the Capital contribution?
