Really hesitant to paint the cabinets.

On specific deals you can get actual numbers for insurance, taxes, and do better at guessing maintenance based off of how old the systems are and how much square footage of carpet, paint, how big the kitchen is for when it needs new cabinets etc. 

It is not in bad shape but is it worth the cost benefit of chasing the ARV by putting new cabinets and a new table top?  

Looking to purchase either RTA or fully assembled american made, all wood/plywood kitchen cabinets.  

Demo old kitchen, install new cabinets, appliances, floor tiling and backsplash )2) bathroom remodel (demo old bathroom install new tub, floor and wall tiling, vanity etc). 

Could you just cage them up like a liquor cabinet at a restaurant?

When the meltdown hit, he filled it with parts from bank owned houses he basically went shopping in; interior doors, appliances, A/C systems, hot water heaters, vanities, kitchen cabinets.

Does anyone have a simple way to find a replacement cabinet door if this happens again?

The House has an updated kitchen ( granite counters, custom cabinets, new layout, newer appliances), some new light fixtures, and freshly painted exterior.

Don't go to the expense of costly granite or quartz slabs, only to put it on top of original cabinets.
