I am a broker and an investor but I do commercial only (multifamily & also triple net leasing).You need to define what kind of investors you will cater to and who you do and do not want to work with (business model).

I've never had them freeze on me before but for some reason that kind of worries me now.

I can see from being on BP as I have that there are all kinds of people interested in making money in RE, ha, who wouldn't be?

Is that the only kind of investing I can use with little or no money?

Hey Jason...What about a Real Estate investment opp that doesn't involve all the messiness of "tenants and toilets", taking out loans/financing or rehabbing or construction or buildings of ANY kind?

You can see the influences of big business in this country, clearly in the ACA that took on our health care system and the outright war declared by the industry in all kinds activities to sabotage the Act.

So I agree with the others that you might find out if she is on some kind of assistance or not or just agree to be paid by the tenth.

The planner's can be very nice as you can ask them different questions and usually they are very helpful if your kind to them.

If it isn't legal then I can imagine all kinds of issues with the tenants who thought they were buying their unit.2.
