A drawvack is that they didn't have info about using a business trust as my legal structure.I want clarity from the legal, tax and financial standpoints before I spend (waste) money on the wrong structure.is anyone who has been through Jasmine Willois' Note Assistance Program, icluding the Note Lab, able to share their experience?

We have never had an issue operating like this.You should add a pet addendum to your lease and explain all the terms; leash rules, picking up waste, provisions for periodic inspections, and most importantly, that the dog must be secured in a crate/kennel when nobody is home.

I’m assuming people are using more hot water and the building is wasting heat in the winter by now having each unit responsible for individual consumption and I’m hoping if I could connect the property owner with a contractor that could update the building they could earn more profits over time and pay me for the connection or reduce rent or share profits or whatever works.

seems the follow up link is not easy...i waste alot of money, leads dont get followed up on...id offer part of deal to follow up partner, wholesale, flip, etceven if its a retail list, I have to beg an agent to follow up(hungry in florida, ga..)

Could be any combination of the above scenarios.Another possibility: the bank saw your offer as so far out of reality, and you needed financing, that it was never going to appraise and thus would be a waste of time.
