If you have MLS access you should be able to pull up the dimensions and zoning...if you don't have MLS access I would suggest linking up with someone that does.If you need assistance feel free and reach out as I invest heavily in that area. 

I wanted to also mention I have looked at FHA Down payments assistance programs.

I mean, the first question that comes to my mind is how can she afford the rent if she doesn't have Section 8 assistance?
