I'm from Chicago, and would like to actually know who you eventually partnered with @Larry Fried, so I know who will be trustworthy, since I know its not the OP of this thread.To the OP, the problem with your '2 sides of story' argument, is that you haven't defended yourself with any story, and that you lost a court case.

The likely strategy is that the airline in undercutting it's competition by some amount in the hopes of attracting enough additional passengers to compensate for the lost revenues.  

If I can pay someone $500 to move out in a few days, versus them staying for a month or two while I evict them at a total all-in cost of $3000-$4000 (after factoring in lost rent), then to me it's a no-brainer. 

I just wrote a long explanation of why the numbers for being an ethical guru don't work...but I hit the wrong button and lost my post before I finished...I'll write it up again at some point, but the takeaway is that the numbers in the guru business just don't work, unless:1. 

Again, been there done that and lost my shirt. 

But these 'Guru's' are very skilled at using the psychology or fear, wealth, lost opportunity, security and love, to break down peoples barriers and get them to sign up for something that is beyond their scope and skill level to complete.
