A few weeks ago my goal was to own 200 rental units by the end of 2017. I was starting to figure out in my mind how it would materialize. I read Grant Cardone's "the 10X rule" and realized that 1. My goal was too small, and 2. What was I going to do when I reached that too soon? So, I changed the goal: I now want to own 2000 rental units, each yielding cash flow of at least $150 a month, or to make an equivalent in profits from flips. So help me God.

Now to purchase my first flip...

Happy New Year!
