Not sure what the law requires on notice of inspection in Rhode Island, but if it were me, I'd write up a written notice for inspection 24 hours from the time you intend on delivering it.  

Its a 4 bed room 3 miles over the Queens border into Long Island.

There is land available within a few blocks of the school.  

I live in Harlingen, Texas, some folks know it as the Rio Grande Valley and yet some only know us because of South Padre Island. 

Got to travel to the neighboring islands each 3-5 times, as well as 8-10 Asian countries, and pick up some profitable REIs.  

Someone once told me there is one thing that they can't make more of... and that is Land.
