lists of landlords in canada

Hello All, Having a devil of a time finding names and addresses of landlords in my area (vancouver island british columbia). List broker said there is no such list. No srds book in the library here. Any ideas? I want to market to frustrated landlords wishing to sell their single family homes, but I need names and addresses first. Letter to send to them ready. How do I get the list? Help!! Billyp
