I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for years, read tons of books, watched countless webinars and videos, and I forget that this is a new concept to people sometimes.

I seek proposals from people experienced in weekly and monthly rentals to set up and operate the bottom unit.

That will likely accelerate my revenue fairly well and provide more opportunity to accumulate properties.There are a few other people on BP I want to connect with on deals, so I am working on building my cash balances to make that happen.  

I have talked to hundreds of clients regarding real estate lending, and a lot of people are still not aware of what is out there! 

I want to turn this into a business and eventually hire people to work for me.

Sadly people think they can generate leads out of thin air, meaning the person they called wouldn't have realized they wanted to sell their home had not the wholesaler or investor hit them up to ask if they would be willing to.

It is older, but I think that might be a plus as properties will be cheaper, and people know it already.

The last lender I’ve tried to get a pre-approval had a, imo, patronizing response saying,”Although lots of people talk on social media about buying a three or four unit property with only 3.5% down in practice it almost never works.”All lenders who I’ve tried to give a pre-approval for has tried to sway me to switch to a 5% conventional instead.

@Jeremy H.It’s definitely high risk for people who have no experience running a business.If you don t know anything about managing and marketing STVRs stick to LTRs.
