WE will be traveling to the UK at the end of March and will love to meet up with investors there and learn  about the investing opportunities in the UK.

I am looking to purchase an existing motel to renovate and turn into a condotel...where the individual units become condo units, and the motel still runs like a normal motel to guests.How can I legally pre-sell the units before acquiring or purchasing the motel?

The second house (an Accessory Dwelling Unit) is 644 square feet and includes a garage on the first level and a living space above it comprising 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (with the half bathroom situated within the garage).We're in the process of determining whether the ADU can be legally rented out in Baltimore County.

I can't imagine that whoever built his property would have been able to get a building permit without legal access to the property, as that's one of the first things the AHJ wants to know, so there's got to be some type of easement I would think (or a court would probably grant him one if it came to that).
