New to BP Pro, Looking to Purchase 1st Property in Summer/Fall 2024

Hi all, 

Just joined the BP community and wanted to introduce myself. I am currently a graduate student in the Chicagoland area and I am aiming to purchase my 1st rental property (ideally a house-hack in a 3+ unit property) this summer / fall (ideally in Chicago or nearby suburbs). I look forward to building relationships with other BP investors!

I would recommend you head to local meetups to get to know folks who are in the specific area of Chicago or the burbs where you want to invest.
