Then, we sold two houses on one lot near Howard and Armenia and I decided to install Central AC, new grass sod, termite tent, paint and repair as is, inside and out with the ten year roof and raised the price to $160K and all the calls stopped for two months.

As for rents, rentometer typically reflects the rent on ground but it depends on the unit, does it have silver appliances, central air, and what is the flooring?
