Hello Everyone,

My partner and I are new to BP community and just start off looking for for our first rental property, many of the properties we saw need some work to be done, from basic repairs, paint to new windows, can anyone recommend some contractors and real estate lawyers in central Connecticut area? The properties are in New Britain area.
