Hi everyone,andrew here fr singapore.I wanna check with u guys there if there is any company/finance house or even private individuals who is willingly to loan me a amount of USD$450,000 as i will be using the funds to purchase/finance a residential property in singapore(value ard USD$500,000).I would have no problem in paying back as i am a trained engineer but currently having some problem with the banks in singapore because due to the fact i was scammed in a business transaction a few years ago(loans taken fr the banks were all conned).I am a true and genuine borrower and i hope that only genuine lenders will contact me pls,i will dispense the informations abt the paying back interest rates and details with the interested parties when i replying back,thanks for viewing and have a nice day!

check with the city if there is u factor requirement. clear windows are cheaper. check if they allow you to install clear. 

College is a perfect time to have a million roommates paying down your mortgage, or go to State U (part or full-time), get somebody to co-sign or otherwise help you get that first duplex to live in while you go to school, and get RE experience that way.

IN my home town Lake Oswego SDC and building permits for a 3k sq ft new build will run close to 75k before U do anything. 

I know street views can be outdated, but Mantua looks interesting because of the commute and being close to Drexel and U Penn.

U need a surveyor to prove the height and its nerve wracking when you plans call to build it within a few inchs of the maximum height..
