Larger buildings have fire alarms and sprinkler systems; fire walls; wider hallways and stairwells with double exits, etc ... all measures to increase the available window to exit a building in the event of a fire.

I'd have to run power, water and sewer to the camper if I were to do it right but I'd immediately save the $110 a month on storage fees and  could easily go back and forth between my house and camper when I have people staying.

PM makes or breaks out of state investing.also decent inspections of the properties prior to close and addressing major issues. not talking about an inspection report and have to do everything NO one can do that or should expect it but major systems should be all in place and functioning with nice lifetime left on them..

For instance the one I am buying has stucco exterior, new roof, dry basement, new furnaces (3 of 4), new hot water heaters, new plumbing (except for some of the drains). 3) Vacancy - My four unit has only had one vacancy in 15+ years.
