For example if you targeted that same absentee, high equity, list, but narrowed it to folks who purchased from 2008-2012, your message could focus on how they can now cash in on their amazing market timing, and how you can help them do that quickly and easily without having to evict tenants, clean the property, hire an agent, etc.

When I bought the house I was very focused on numbers, and had seen more than 80 houses, and placed offers on more than 20.

Virtually every visitor to IB visits the pier.  

Wall Street reactions today is stocks tumbled ~10%, analysts feel they can not focus on their business model well.

This worked for me tremendously because I stopped worrying about what I need to do after contact and focused more on getting first deal.
