Need Help Finding a Title Company that Does Double Closings

Hi All!

I'm super new to this whole real estate investing business. I haven't done any deals yet as I'm trying to get all my information organized. At the moment I am calling title companies to find out who will be the best fit for me. So far, every title company I've called seems to not understand what I mean when I ask them if they do double closings and assignments of contract. They act like I'm speaking a foreign language to them and give me attitude for even asking the question. It's somewhat discouraging as I can't find a very good recent answer to my question. I've come across some people on BP having the same issue but their posts are from 4 years ago. Not sure if there any current answers to this question. Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks!
