I understand at a very basic level the importance of legal advice in real estate transactions.

They find the deals before they get on the market, or at least that's my understanding.

The fact that you are trying to hide behinde a multi-member LLC and had to switch brokers until you found a small flat fee outfit that does not have a compliance department that really understands the legal implications should be a red flag to yourself.

I'd like to learn it myself so that I understand it better but am concerned about the learning curve and getting everything correct.  

Naturally, I'm Canadian, so I need someone who understands both Canadian and US tax laws.Ideally, if they were located in Markham or Richmond Hill, it would make it even better!

This is for a 3 family.I understand you have to a pressurize contraption to you main line for it to work properly.Any comments or tips appreciated.

Flipping is good in my understanding for cashing out quickly but the longer term play would be in buy and hold.
