Out of state Investing is always a much more involved venture, but it's certainly not out of possibility as long as you are fully educated in that market, have analyzed several properties, have visited or if unable to personally visit have a real estate professional that can tour and offer you an unbiased opinion, have your financial resources in check and have a good team of people in place there, especially when you can't be.

This is especially true in Iowa’s non-metro areas, as apparent from the dot density maps I referenced in my last message.Counties represent the lowest level of geographic detail for Census Bureau data on international migration, domestic migration, and natural population change.

Most contractors are good men and women who are true craftspeople and care about their clients.

Seller shall provide such documents and information, which they believe to be true and accurate, within 5 days of acceptance of contract.

I would suggest True Title.
