I'm a Project Engineer with a construction company traveling for work.

If it is for executives/traveling for business, who would be the target?

AirBNB the guest bedroom to traveling nurses / interns for $800-900/mo which makes the net of owning the house less than the $1500/mo in rent we paid for a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo.

We also AIRBNBed our guest bedroom to traveling nurses / interns for $800-900/month so our 5 bed 2.5 bath was net cheaper than renting our 2 bed 2 bath condo for $1500 just for ourselves.

With RV sales and travel through the roof we figure this investment is a no brainier.

I’ve experienced great success with an Airbnb rental in Brooklyn I ran for 6 years so my plan is utilizing the STR/vacation appeal of the location for affluent couples or solo travelers looking to be in the middle of south beach.

I'll be traveling with my partner to Charlotte next month and would love to connect with others in the industry in Charlotte who are doing flips, BRRRR's, and wholesaling in the area along with any contractors/real estate agents to expand my network. 

That's bookoo bucks.Certainly more expensive to get in, but if you're constantly traveling to Denver anyways, I wonder if it's not worth a second look.Good luck on the Prescott STR investment!

If I need, I can travel every month and check for things.

I know I can park up to a 36' RV on my own property, but couldn't figure out if having more than one (or a financial agreement with other people), would technically bump me into a travel-trailer park category or something.
