Hey everyone,
I'm looking to move to Charlotte in the near-future; I started to acquire properties in Gaston County. I'll be traveling with my partner to Charlotte next month and would love to connect with others in the industry in Charlotte who are doing flips, BRRRR's, and wholesaling in the area along with any contractors/real estate agents to expand my network. Personally, I'm focusing on BRRRR's in Gaston County, but open to other strategies as I venture through my real estate journey. If you're open to grabbing coffee or beer let me know! Certain areas in Gaston County area great and when you are here I would recommend going to certain parts of Metro surrounding Charlotte along with Concord/Kannapolis.
