Seems tight to me. 

One toddler who wet himself and her couch was punished by putting a rubber band tightly over his manpart. 

With Houston being so large I was wonding if anyone may have noticed better results and deadlines being met when the GC is more familiar with the neighborhood.  

The deadline was Jan 31st (Feb 1st this year).By far, the easiest way to handle it is to eFile it thru one of the many online providers.

Too many people buying bad deals because they are desperately trying to place 1031 money to beat the 45/180 day deadlines.

@Christian Bernhagen this is a tight market inventory wise and it can be discouraging.

Closed cell would have been better for heatloss/gain but was a good deal more and money was probably tight on that build. 

If your debt to income ratio is tight for the next home, you can try to get your current property under a signed lease before your loan closing date (even if the lease will not start for several months after you close, they just need a copy of a signed leased with the rent amount). 

It was section 8 tenants (whom I have nothing against) and it made me sad and angry that the owner wouldn't trade some of that guaranteed income for tightly mounted railings and fresh paint.

Tough market out there and the math is tight to say the least.
