I have a fulltime job in which I spend on average 10 hours in the office and want to invest in out out state turnkey properties and part of me want to understand the game closer by saving a little more and investing in a fix and flip locally here in Southern California.

I have met the owner before and they have a tremendous reputation.These are just three that I am familiar with, there are plenty more out there, just make sure you do your research before deciding to invest with anyone.

While you’ll certainly gain some knowledge, most are not worth the cost.Set aside 3 or 4 days and spend hours listening to the BP podcasts, interacting on the forums, and reading real estate books.

But I see attorneys that specialize in 1)Real Estate, 2)Taxes, 3)Estate Planning and I think "I could use all three", but don't want to pay for all 3. 

We want to house hack a three or fourplex.

Dont believe the lies that wholesalers only work 4-5 hours a week.

That's guys like me working long hours at the office, those who travels weeks at a time.
