Trying to get a more accurate number in my analysis but I have seen price ranges for 2 bed rooms/1 bath range from $1,300-$1,800 depending on the condition of the unit.

You'll need to know your criteria - i.e. single family, multi family, bed, baths, etc.

We have renovated this beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath Pool home on Amelia Island, it's a bike ride away to the beach, 7 minutes by car.

Are there questions that you guys ask before getting into bed with one?

Now I am wanting to find out what they are wanting, as in sqr feet, how many bed and baths are ideal for them to know what they are fully wanting.

Would 9%-11% be considered a win for an investor who is investing into an apartment.. 1 bed 1 bath preferably.
