I'm also a member at the The Landlord Protection Agency which is an educational website from which I've learned much although I did buy a membership there I think there's quite a bit of free stuff available.. https://www.thelpa.comI love this stuff, and I believe there's no better way to generate real wealth.

Obviously, I am detached from your situation but just remember your degree does not define you and a lot of the stuff you will learn in this industry will be from going out and doing the work yourself.

For a seller, you don’t have an open house three weekends in a row, where you can’t be home and have to clean all your stuff only to have the deal fall through because of a buyer who wanted to get a new ATV while they were under contract and the local Polaris dealer ran a hard hit on their credit and screwed up the mortgage underwriting process [that’s 100% a made up situation and hasn’t happened to me… oh wait].
