Leveraging Tax Lien investments for a vacation rental

My main investing niche has always been buying County issued property tax liens at public auction.

This year I found an awesome property that is on a nearby river that would make an awesome VRBO. I won the bid today at auction for 78K. I have to wait 12 months from today to see if the owner pays off the back taxes.

Hoping to get this one!
