You already have legally salable lots, you just are completing the steps to actually sell them separately.

I guess it really depends on what he wants from you, and how often you would step foot on the property.

I always highly recommend removing any lead pipes in a home or building and replacing with PEX or copper.As far as asbestos which is usually insulating pipes or old duct work ( very rarely have I seen it in walls or in attics for insulation) I usually just leave it alone and not disturb it unless being told by someone to at which point I take the same steps as I do with lead

First step is post/send a pay or quit notice the day after rent is due if not received, usually the 2nd of the month.

Then subtract the income that you just calculated from the total amount each month for mortgage which you would have calculated in the first few steps.
