That's primarily why I'm using Tellus as the all in one software..it allows for rent to be sent through there and I expect my tenants to use that to send me rent so that way and if they're late the app will automatically charge them late fee.

Good afternoon fellow Texans,I am facing an issue where I requested a water shut off list from my near by cities and the complied with my request, however, they were returned with just an address and no names.I have requested to have the lists be sent to me with names on the properties and I was told that because of Texas law that is confidential.How are wholesalers and/or investors getting around this?
