Time = moneyIn regards to the poster, if your happy with his quote for the work, if he has a good reputation why do you need to see a "break down " it's non of your business what he's paying subs, his markup his labor rate etc.

Before posting your property, I'd recommend finding a few contractors that you can trust for when issues arise: plumber, electrician, general handy persons etc.

I am not sure exactly how to ask a plumber for this service, if a plumber even the correct person to call for this.

My crawl space has been filling with water and had 2 plumbers take a look. 1st plumber says that the gutter down sprout is broken.

So really you just need to go with a reputable contract.

A lot of good plumbers can tell by feel as well and with what they pull back if a line is intact.
