Finding a FHA 203k lender for a duplex in Pittsburgh

I found a great duplex and I really want to use an FHA to buy the property, however the property is close to 100 years old and won't pass the qualifications for the standard FHA. The home isove in ready and the seller said they are willing to work with a FHA 203k, but I'm having trouble finding a reputable lender. Please advise.

With a 203k loan, you'll need a contractor who knows how to work within the constructs of the 203k loan process. If you don't have one, I can recommend one I've used and he's great.

If you haven't resolved this yet, reach out and connect with me. I've got a lead.

Best of L.U.C.K.
