Surprising your partner by wanting to move into a rental property without having thorough discussions can lead to resentment.

Hello everyone,My name is Evan I'm new to real estate.

My family recently inherited several rental properties.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Pretty much only one season in FL :DIf I had a seasonal listing like John mentioned ^ I would likely leave a few of each season for the property up year round

There’s an entire “industry” consisting of gurus, attorneys and title companies that provide services and advice for transacting real estate without paying off the existing lien(s).  

My husband and I have an LLC for real estate investments.

I am a licensed real estate agent, but the only transactions I have done have been my own.

Without any major renovations, we strategically sold the property the same day for $20,000.

I also have no intention of investing in rental properties in the UK no more due to a lot of horror stories and potential new changes in laws, which is why I am very eager to explore the US rental market.I am not a US citizen, my partner is and it will be a joint venture.
