Having done a number of shower stall tile installs I am amazed that anyone would expect the paper coating on green board would be sufficient to absorb the thin-set to ensure the adequate adherence of tile to a vertical surfaces vs that of cement board.

@Jake KozulWhile Nicholas is correct that no thermostat is tamperproof, you only want to make tampering sufficiently difficult as to deter it.There are several, mostly commercial, thermostats which allow for different levels of users and allow you to restrict some or all of the functionality.

@Zorian Rotenberg depends on unit type if it is multiple homes on a lot probably about 3-4k per unit, if it is a duplex 5k total is sufficient, if it is an apartment building where they don't need a yard the footprint of building and parking is enough

That way you are notified if the insurance were to lapse.Talk to your insurance agent as was mentioned earlier and make sure you have sufficient liability insurance to cover all your assets if you don't already have that.
